In Kirkwood’s Business Analytics Technician two-year program, you’ll develop the technical and analytical skills needed to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data for real-world business applications.

You’ll gain hands-on experience using industry-relevant tools, programming languages, and business intelligence platforms while learning how analytics supports marketing, finance, operations, and project management. Kirkwood’s experienced faculty bring practical business knowledge into the classroom, helping you connect technical skills with workplace expectations.

Graduates are prepared to enter the workforce in entry-level business analytics and data support roles or continue their education in a related four-year program.

Graduates of the Business Analytics Technician program will be able to:

Students are encouraged to join the Kirkwood chapter of Future Business Leaders of America, INC. (FBLA). FBLA is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization in the world, helping more than 230,000 members prepare for careers in business each year.

FBLA is a recognized member of the National Coordinating Council for Career and Technical Student Organizations (NCC-CTSO). CTSOs are co-curricular groups that help students in career and technical education programs further their knowledge and skills by participating in activities, events, and competitions.
