Handshake is a free resource where you can post job listings to multiple schools and search student profiles to fill your hiring needs.
Getting Started with Handshake
1. Create an Employer Account
A convenient step-by-step tutorial is available if you'd like more info.
2. Connect with Schools
Select Kirkwood and any others you'd like to reach. One account lets you recruit at any Handshake school.
3. Post Openings
This tutorial walks you through the process. Choose at least one target school per post so students and alumni can see it.
4. Wait for Approval
Account approval may be instant or take a short review by Handshake's Trust & Safety Team.
5. Save the URL for Easy Access

6. Employer Help Center
Handshake's Employer Help Center site with tutorials and FAQs is available 24/7.
