Holiday Giving Campaign

Holiday Giving Campaign

Helping Those in Need

The Holiday Giving Campaign at Kirkwood offers two excellent local organizations to support: Willis Dady Homeless/Emergency Shelter and the Linn County Child Development Center. The campaign runs through Friday, Dec. 10.

Your gift, no matter how big or small, can make a difference to someone this holiday season. Kirkwood Student Life will be collecting children’s gifts, monetary donations, and other supplies. Please note, monetary donations and drop-offs should be made at our temporary location at the Rec Center. Monetary donations are accepted with checks made out to the appropriate organization.

Willis Dady Emergency Shelter

The Willis Dady Emergency Shelter provides services to prevent homelessness and for those at risk of becoming homeless, and to rehouse those who currently find themselves unhoused.

You can help this holiday season by donating items like food, clothing, linens, and more to support the shelter's mission. Monetary gifts are also welcome and can be dropped off at the Student Life office. Make checks payable to "Willis Dady Emergency Shelter."
