This session will explore key factors that increase nutrition risk among older adults and highlight practical lifestyle habits that support healthy aging. Participants will learn how small, achievable changes in eating and daily routines can make a big difference in health and well-being. The session will also connect attendees with local resources to help them stay nourished, active, and engaged in their communities.
