If you are looking for a class to improve your health, we offer several that can fit into your schedule. Classes and programs are held in the Recreation Center and are FREE, unless otherwise stated for Recreation Center users. Classes below are offered on a walk-in basis, so no registration is needed. Classes are subject to change. * After Aug. 28th, Jill's 11:45 - 12:30 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday classes will be moving to new time slots.
