To effectively transform the Web site to an active voice that connects current and prospective students, faculty and staff, and the community to the information they need, Marketing Services offers Web site consultation, writing and design for all departments.

Writing Style Guide
To achieve consistency across Kirkwood's Web sites and electronic publications, Marketing Services has published an Writing Style Guide. The style guide establishes the college’s preferences in punctuation, style, and usage of many commonly used words and phrases. Additional sections focus on editorial preferences and troublesome areas for writers. The guide can be viewed at www.kirkwood.edu/styleguide.

We update and maintain many higher level pages throughout the Kirkwood Web site. Contact us if you need any of your pages updated.
