Transfer Equivalency System

The Transfer Equivalency System (TES) is a starting point to determine how transferable credits from other schools may affect your Kirkwood degree.

This is not a complete list of transferable courses. For courses not listed in the guide, evaluation will be completed at the time of admission.

About Transferring

How it Works

The information on TES is provided as a guide to how courses at your current or former school may apply to your Kirkwood degree. A few notes:

  • The fact that a course appears in the list is not a guarantee that the course will transfer in your individual case or for your program.
  • The fact that a class is listed from your current or former school is no guarantee that the school is currently offering the course or plans on offering the course in the future.
  • You must submit official transcripts of all completed coursework before a final determination can be made on transfer credit.

TES Revisions

TES is subject to frequent revision. The catalog dates for each institution reflect the latest revision date for transfer equivalencies from that school. Additional schools and courses will be added to the list on a regular basis. View TES.
