Training Schedule
OSHA Basic Safety Awareness Course
Training/orientation will be offered at the Kirkwood Community College Environmental Training Center (ETC) located at 6301 Kirkwood Blvd SW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Offered every Monday morning (by appointment only) except for holidays and when campus is officially closed.

7:30 a.m. - Doors open for registration.

8:00 a.m. - OSHA Basic Safety Awareness course starts promptly. Absolutely no one will be admitted to the classroom once the doors close. Please be on time to ensure receiving the training. Please note that there will be no exceptions to this!
Site-Specific Orientations
* Pre-registration is required for all centers and all courses.*

Environmental Training Center: Site-specific orientations are available Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m. for Cargill-Corn Milling) with 24-hour advance notice. Scheduling is dependant on the Environmental Training Center's schedule and computer lab space availability.

Iowa City Training Center: Site-specific orientations are available Monday - Thursday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. with 24-hour advance notice. Scheduling is dependant on the Training Center's schedule and computer lab space availability.

Kirkwood Training and Outreach Services Center: Site-specific orientations are available Monday - Thursday between the hours of 1:30 p.m - 8:00 p.m. with 24-hour advance notice. Scheduling is dependent on computer lab space availability.
