Policies, Admission and Vending
Policies and Admission Guidelines:
- Kirkwood Sports Complex concession employees shall collect all gate fees
- Carry-in food or beverages are not allowed on the complex property
- Team water coolers are allowed
- Parking is allowed in the paved ground lot only
- Tournament admission fees and schedule must be approved by the Kirkwood Sports Complex management
- Collected fees are shared between the tournament contractor and Kirkwood Sports Complex by mutual agreement
Various penalties may be imposed to enforce our policies:
Please realize that when you enter our gate it is similar to entering a restaurant. Are we going to police the lot and grounds, probably not, the gate area, you bet! The majority of players and coaches truly enjoy the atmosphere of our leagues and activities, and support us accordingly. Most times it is these people who assist us with the enforcement of the so-called "tailgating" during our playing sessions.
Concessions/Vending:
- Kirkwood Sports Complex has exclusive rights to all sales of food and beverage items on premises
- Kirkwood Sports Complex management will do what it can to keep concession prices reasonable
- Tournament Directors may sell apparel and or novelty items directly related to the event
