Telecommunications Management System

The BITEK web system is used to access your departmental phone users records. Through this password protected web based program, you will be able to view the accounts of each telephone number for everyone in your department.

After the log in procedure using your assigned user name and password, the first screen will query for the month that you wish to review. After selecting the month, you will see a statement listing the accounts that you are authorized to view with the charges for the month selected. You can drill down to individual calls by continuing to click once on any blue colored word or name.
