The Kirkwood EagleCard is a safe and reliable way for your student to buy the things he or she needs while away at school. Students can use it like a debit card just about anywhere on the Kirkwood campus, and at a few businesses around Cedar Rapids.

You or your student have to deposit money into his or her EagleCard account. Once the card is activated, you will receive monthly statements of account activity.

The EagleCard is not a credit or ATM card. In other words, your student can’t use it to get gas, go on a shopping spree at the mall or get cash advances. It is not accepted by ATM machines. No cash withdrawals can be made from EagleCard accounts.
