Lauri has worked at Kirkwood since 2000. Lauri has been a Department Coordinator in Industrial Technologies and Arts & Humanities and now serves as the Professional Development Coordinator in KCELT (Kirkwood's Center for Excellence in Learning & Teaching). Lauri has her AAS in Information Systems Management from Kirkwood. She earned her BA in Business Administration from Mt. Mercy College and her MBA at the University of Iowa. Lauri completed two internships with Kirkwood's Continuing Education Department and continues to teach community education classes in computers and cooking. Lauri teaches as an adjunct instructor for Student Development, teaching College 101.  Lauri serves on the KSA Executive Board, is the Chairperson for Kirkwood's MLK Day activities, serves on the College Community School Board of Education, and is a member of Toastmasters International. Lauri loves being a part of Kirkwood & supports the mission of the community college - 100%!

Bonnie Cackoski is the Technology Trainer in our department. She has a BA in Business Education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Bonnie has been with Kirkwood for several years and also teaches as an adjunct instructor for both the Business Department and Learning Services, as well as teaching Continuing Education classes in computer software. For many years, Bonnie did corporate training for Kirkwood's Training Services. In addition to one-on-one training, Bonnie also offers scheduled training classes in campus software available to staff & faculty. She is a current member of the Learning Technology Advisory Committee and co-facilitator of the Tech Scouts Team, created by the KQIP Learning Technology Team. Bonnie enjoys helping the staff and faculty with new technology, watching their enthusiasm grow as they explore new territory.
