Lynda has been at the Help Desk at Kirkwood since 1999. She has been at Kirkwood since 1983. Lynda has an Associate of Commerce degree from Waldorf College and has taken classes at Kirkwood and Mt. Mercy. Lynda's outside interests includes Toastmasters, reading, scrapbooking, collecting Noah's Arks memorabilia, riding her bike and taking walks. Most important of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, who also works at Kirkwood, and her two teenage children.

Donna has been a student and now a full-time employee at Kirkwood for the past 6 years.  Donna likes reading books by Anne McCaffrey, watching Dr. Who, eating chocolate, and a good cup of coffee.  Most off time is spent with her husband Robert, and son Steven. Cheryl and Donna recently became Help Desk Certified as HDI Support Center Analyst. Now all three of us at the help desk are certified, haha.

Cheryl has been at Kirkwood since 1996. She first worked parttime in the computer lab and since 1998 has been a computer operator at Kirkwood. Since January 2004 she has been working at the Help Desk. Cheryl has a certificate in the Microcomputer Specialist program and a diploma in Computer Operations. She is happy to be working at the Help Desk and working with Kirkwood staff and faculty. Her outside activities include being a cosmetologist and enjoying time with her family, grandchildren and friends.

Deanna has been at Kirkwood College since 1996, first as a student operator, then as a computer operator. She is currently an Application Support Specialist and serves as backup to the Help Desk. Deanna has a diploma in Computer Operations, a certificate in Networking, and is working on her Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Networking, Microcomputer Specialist, PC Technician and Information Technologies Management (yes, she is going for 4 AS degrees!). Any outside time that she has is spent with her teenage daughter.

Gina has been at Kirkwood since 1995. She was a lab associate and worked with the students. This position was housed in Learning Services but she was also part of the Information Technologies department. In November 2004 she became the software/hardware coordinator in the Information Technologies department. She works with the Help Desk staff and answers questions. Gina is almost finished with her Associate of Arts degree at Kirkwood. In her spare time, she enjoys volleyball, softball and traveling.
