  1. To be considered an applicant for a support/service/technical/professional staff position at Kirkwood Community College, all materials requested in this announcement must be received in order to have a complete file.   3. Applicants wishing to apply for more than one opening must submit the above materials for each position since separate committee structures screen applications for each position available. Screening committees are comprised of a minimum of three individuals. Due to the nature of the screening process it may take several weeks to complete.   5. All interviews are held at Kirkwood Community College unless otherwise notified.
  6. Applicants selected for interviews will be required to successfully complete testing (if required for the position) in the Human Resources Office prior to an interview being scheduled.

In the interview, consideration will be given to factors other than education and experience, including, but not limited to, professional development, human relations/customer service skills, ability to work with others, commitment to meet student needs and an understanding of the role of community colleges.
