Kirkwood's Mentor Program is available to all full-time faculty and staff. Upon hire, you will be assigned a mentor who will support you during your first year of employment. Your mentor will serve as a resource as you begin to learn about the college's culture, standards, processes and procedures. 

This program features:
  • Monthly networking lunch.
  • Guest speakers from throughout the college.
