If you are not able to access Student Email from the Kirkwood Application Portal ( ) follow the following steps:
  1. Clear all your browser cache / Temporary Internet Files and website files.
    In most modern browsers, you can press Ctrl+Shift+Delete ( Windows ) or Command+Shift+Delete ( Mac OS X ) together to open up a dialog to clear your cache.  If this doesn't work, refer to the help document for your browser on how to clear cache.

    You will need to clear Everything from the Beginning of time if you are presented with a timing option.
  2. Reboot your computer. ( to clear DNS cache )
If you continue to have issues accessing your student mail from the Kirkwood Application Portal, please contact the Student help desk during regular hours.

As a temporary workaround, you can login directly to your student email.
