Kirkwood offers a very diverse music program, intended to support both the music major and the non-music major. Students can select from a variety of opportunities to suit their interests, plus receive a scholarship for participating in music ensembles and earn one hour of elective credit per ensemble. Participation in the music program also gives students the opportunity to work with internationally recognized educators, performing artists and highly-acclaimed musicians each year.
