Question: I just replaced my toner. How do I order a new toner?

In an effort to avoid the possibility of running out of toner for your Ricoh device the following process is advised:

  1. Have a spare toner on hand for all Ricoh units, complete a SchoolDude using “copier” or “printer” as your problem type.
  2. When the unit displays “Toner Warning Out of Toner” add toner to the unit.
  3. Complete a SchoolDude immediately so your spare toner is replaced.
  4. Spare toner will be placed in inter-office mail to you within 7 – 9 days.
