Established in 1998, the Business Partners Training Consortium is a collection of local and regional companies formed to identify common training needs. Kirkwood Training & Outreach Services partners with local, regional and national consultants to deliver high-level customized training based on the partners identified needs. Multi-company participation and state funding allows training costs to be offset by as much as 50 percent.

To join the consortium, you simply invest in season tickets for the year-long training sessions enabling your company to support the professional development of your staff. Your seats can be filled with different staff members relative to the content of each individual training session.

Training sessions are held at the Kirkwood Training & Outreach Services (KTOS) Center, 3375 Armar Dr., Marion, and The Kirkwood Center, 7725 Kirkwood Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids.
