TEXAS HOLD'EM LEAGUE
Register HERE for the Hold'em LEAGUE Registration Opens: September 16th - You may register online or you may fill out a registration form at the Rec Center. Registration Closes: Always open. Please register at least one day before arriving. You only need to register once for the league. Description: This is a Texas Hold'em no limit league that will be played Monday evenings starting at 7pm. It is recommended that you have prior knowledge of the game. All players will start with $300 in chips and the blind structure will be discussed at the game site. Play is structured for a 3-4 hour tournament each night. Eligibility: You must be a current Kirkwood student, faculty, or staff in order to participate in the intramural programs. Play Dates: Monday nights starting October 19th and running through November 30th for this semester. A special Tournament of Champions event will be held on Monday, December 7th at 7pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early each night to check in. Location: West Dining Room by the cafeteria in Iowa Hall. Prizes: There is no entry fee to play and winners will be awarded points based on the number of players for the night. Points are accumulated through the season and the top finishers will be eligible to play in the Tournament of Champions.
