In compliance with the State of Iowa's Smoke Free Air Act, as of July 1, 2008, all Kirkwood campus locations and properties are tobacco free.  Tobacco use, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes and chewing tobacco is prohibited. 

To assist with compliance efforts, beginning Monday, September 14th, a $25 administrative fine will be issued to anyone who is in violation.
