Registration Opens: August 19th - You may register online or fill out an entry form at the Rec Center.

Registration Closes: September 1st

Description: Flag football is offered with both a men's league and a women's league. Teams will have 7 players on the field at one time and may have as many substitutes as they wish. Teams will be scheduled a preliminary schedule before the actual tournament begins. All teams will make the tournament regardless of prelim record. A team that forfeits two (2) games will be dropped from the league.

Eligibility: You must be a current Kirkwood student, faculty, or staff in order to participate in the intramural programs.

Play Begins: Tuesday, September 8th

Mandatory Captain's Meeting: Thursday, September 3rd at either 9am or 3pm at the Rec Center. A representative from each team must show up to the meeting in order to play in flag football.

Sportsmanship: Sportsmanship by all players/teams is expected. Teams will be judged by officials on their sportsmanship by giving teams a sportsmanship ranking of eithar an A, B, or C. A "C" ranking is very poor sportsmanship. After the first "C" rating a team receives, they will be notified by the intramural coordinator. The second time a team receives a "C" rating, that team will be dropped from the intramural.

Playing Location: Intramural fields north of Jones Hall and next to the baseball/softball fields.

Winners: Winners of the contest will receive a Kirkwood Intramural Champion T-shirt!
