KICK Programs - Assisting Career Exploration
Career clusters are groups of similar occupations and industries. They were developed by the U.S. Department of Education as a way to organize career planning. Career clusters enable youth to explore several career options within a field that might be of interest to them. As a parent or as a youth, we know you are interested in experiences to help you explore, navigate and plan for your future. Career clusters provide an organized way that links education with business and industry occupations, and introduces you to the exciting range of careers available in today's world of work.
