Report/research requests must be aligned with Kirkwood's strategic plan and key performance indicators.  As Kirkwood Community College becomes more data-driven, we adhere to the following procedures:


 

Data Requests:

If you need operational reporting (i.e. labels, class lists, etc.), please submit a SchoolDude request.


 

Report Requests:

If you would like data pulled and compiled into a report, please follow the instructions below for a report request:

1.

To submit a request for a report, please complete the Report Request Form.

2.

All request submissions will be reviewed at our weekly department meetings and you will be contacted following that meeting.


 

Research (Institutional Review Board) Requests:

If you are conducting research, please follow the instructions below for a research proposal:

1.

To submit a request to perform a research study at Kirkwood, please complete the Research Proposal Form.

2.

All requests for research are required to have three levels of approval:

- all requests must be aligned with Institutional Review Board guidelines,
- all requests must be aligned with FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) guidelines, and
- all requests must be approved by the Vice President of Academic Affairs.

3.

All request submissions will be reviewed within ten (10) working days of receipt and contact will be made within that time as to the progress of that request.
