The Sammy's Kafe crew provides delivery and setup to Benton, Cedar, Iowa, Kirkwood and Nielsen Halls. A minimum of 25 people are required for a buffet-style service, but special accomodations can be arranged.

All catered events require a guaranteed number. The anticipated number is required one week prior to the event and the guaranteed number is required 48 hours prior to the event. The party requesting the services will be billed for the guaranteed number unless there are additional guests. Food will be prepared for up to 10 additional guests over the guaranteed number.

Due to liability, all leftover food products from a catered function must be picked up by the caterer. Unopened beverages must be returned to the Food Service office in order to receive 100 percent credit.
