For this reason, every student in health science must meet Physical, TB testing, and Immunization Requirements appropriate to their specific program. All required health information will be kept on record at the Campus Health office. All records are confidential, kept for 10 years post-graduation, and stored in a locked office. Keep a copy of all your health records. We are not responsible for lost or destroyed documents. You will need these records sometime in the future for a job, schooling or for medical reasons.
