Hotel Management

Program description: Learn what it takes to run a hotel and plan corporate events. Students will apply their knowledge to a real-world setting when The Hotel at Kirkwood Center opens in the fall of 2010. From cleaning to concierge, students will do it all. The program will prepare students to work in entry-level positions of responsibility within the hospitality industry.

This industry has been expanding as part of the growing service economy and there is a demand for individuals with a college education and work experience.
