Description: Students enrolled in the Liberal Arts non-degree transfer program complete general education and elective courses, then transfer the credit back to their degree-granting institution. They may also take courses for general knowledge, or to improve job skills, but do not intend to receive a credential.

Kirkwood has articulation agreements with Iowa's Regents' universities. However, it's advisable to check with the transfer institution for specifics, especially foreign language and diversity requirements.

Students enrolled in the Liberal Arts non-degree transfer program are not eligible for financial aid from Kirkwood. Students should contact their degree-granting institution for the availability of financial aid.
