Program - Apparel Merchandising

Apparel Merchandising

The Apparel Merchandising non-transfer plan of study is designed to provide students with fashion knowledge, sales, managerial and supervisory skills necessary for immediate involvement in the area of retailing.  The program incorporates a supervised internship in a retail establishment and annual fashion show to provide opportunities to learn outside the classroom.

Credits earned in the Apparel Merchandising transfer plan of study are fully transferable to Iowa State University.  Two additional years of study at ISU will earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel, Merchandising, and Design, which will prepare students for corporate positions.

This program is accredited by ACBSP (Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs). ACBSP is the leading specialized accreditation association for business education supporting, celebrating and rewarding teaching excellence.
