Our function within the College is to assist students, parents, faculty and staff in all aspects of the registration process and to offer various financing options for students.

MAJOR INITIATIVES

 

Conversion to Datatel’s Colleague software

This activity affects every single thing we do.  All student records, both academic and financial, will be impacted.  Colleague will enhance what we do in the following ways:

Provide facility for combining relevant areas (Enrollment Management, Admissions, Advising and Learning Services) to create a one-stop-shop for students

 

Earlier hours of operation to accommodate early classes

 

Uniform hours for all service areas

 

Involvement in student orientations

 

Cross training between Enrollment, Financial Aid, and Business Services so students don’t have to go from line to line

 

Convert phone-in to a student service center
