Your “k” number is your official Kirkwood identification. You received your “k” number when you applied to Kirkwood and were accepted. It is a lower case letter “k” followed by seven numbers (for example k0000000).

You use your “k” number to:

• Log into EagleNet.
• Log into E-Learning.
• Log into WebCT.
• Get your EagleCard.

Your “k” number is very important. Write it down and keep it in a safe place, just like you would other important information, like your social security number.

Sometimes, your “k” number is called User ID, Log In ID or Colleague ID. No matter the name, the number is the same! Anytime you’re asked for official Kirkwood identification, use your “k” number.

If you lose your "k" number or can’t remember it – use this form. This form will e-mail you your “k” number if your e-mail address is on record. Please enter the e-mail address we currently have on file for you.

If your e-mail address is not on file, you will need to go to any college service counter and provide photo identification.
