Kirkwood Community College's high school correspondence program is now known as Kirkwood HSDL (High School Distance Learning.) For over 25 years, we have offered high school correspondence courses to students in Iowa. We are pleased to now add additional course offerings to students in online and other interactive formats.

Kirkwood HSDL offers flexible and convenient options to earn high school credits. Work with us

• to make up credits you need to graduate
• to take courses that aren’t offered at your school
• to take courses that don’t fit into your schedule.
• to collaborate with other schools to offer courses through the ICN (Iowa Communications Network)

Kirkwood HSDL consists of five options:

• Correspondence Courses
• Online Courses
• Replacement Units
• Angel Learning Physics
• Iowa Communications Network (ICN) Courses

*Seniors! A reminder that if you're currently enrolled in one of our courses, we will need you to be finished with your course by May 1st or two weeks prior to the last day for seniors at your school to guarantee all items are processed in a timely manner.*

Kirkwood HSDL will have limted service May 19-21. Tests and registrations received during this time will be processed starting on Monday, May 24th. Students who will need to finish courses the week of May 17th are advised to have all work postmarked by Friday, May 14th, if they will need a grade the week of May 17th.
