As Vice President for Resource Development for Kirkwood Community College, Kathy functions as Executive Director of the Kirkwood Foundation and leads the initiatives to provide private and in-kind resources for the college. She is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating Kirkwood's fundraising, scholarship, and alumni programs. In addition, the college's radio station KCCK-FM reports to her. She serves as a member of the President's Cabinet and assumes other college responsibilities as assigned.

Susan oversees the Planned Giving program for the college. She works with individual donors to establish planned and endowed gifts for the college, including scholarships, and communicates regularly with donors.

Jody oversees the application process, facilitates the Scholarship Committee and works directly with applicants regarding scholarship application and award questions. She works to promote scholarship opportunities to students and communicates with students regarding their awards. Jody also coordinates the Kirkwood Alumni program.
