Kirkwood agricultural programs provide exceptional hands-on learning experiences at state-of-the-art facilities that you won’t find anywhere else. The Kirkwood ag campus includes a 500-acre working farm, 6,000 square feet of greenhouse space, farrow-to-finish swine education center, cow-calf operation, sports turf labs, and a Precision Agriculture learning center. Our programs also manage the largest native prairie in Iowa as well as the 675-acre Atherton Wetland Outdoor Learning Laboratory. Whether your focus is animal and crop production, wildlife management, horticulture, small animal health, farm management, or ag technology, we’ll get you on the right track to a great career.
