Information
Registrations for this year's fire school will not be
taken until
June 16, 2003!
(NO Email registrations allowed).
All registrations must be
phoned-in as follows:.

Inform
the operator you are registering for the CITA/Kirkwood Fire School. Please
have full name, address, phone number, social security number, course
title and section number. Have alternative classes in mind, in case the
required class is full. If your course is full, please ask to be on a
waiting list. You may pay by check, MasterCard, Visa, or have the tuition
billed to your department or service.
Billing
and Refund Policy
Individual may register and bill their departments (if approved by your
department). Invoices will not be sent to individuals. Billing for all
registered participants will be done regardless of attendance.
Registrations
canceled in writing before 5:00 pm on September 24, 2003
will receive a full refund. After that date a $20.00 cancellation
fee will be assessed.
The
State Fire Marshal’s Office will be funding the following courses for
tuition only, there will be a registration fee charge for consumable fees.
