Does your family life or job take up most of your time? Is traveling to one of our campuses not practical? Kirkwood is still your educational solution. In fact, it’s possible to complete many degree requirements without setting foot on campus.

There are three different formats for distance learning:

• Online
• Interactive instructional television system
• Packet

The Distance Learning department offers courses from a wide variety of disciplines. Before selecting a distance learning course, learn which format best suits your needs and personality. If you are new to online learning, please complete the Online Learner Orientation available on the Learner Resources page.
