Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

Most people seldom realize nearly everything in our lives, including the food we eat, the clothes we wear and the various products we use every day, are in some way touched by science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

In the STEM programs, as they’re called for short, you will learn to observe, collect data, experiment, communicate your results, then apply those skills to solve specific problems related to science, economics, business and many other disciplines.

Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics

Kirkwood historically has been one of the only community colleges in the nation to earn more than $1 million in scholarship support from the National Science Foundation.
