Examines the feasibility of a new business concept and the fundamentals of organizing a small business. Students measure their potential as an entrepreneur, identify business opportunities, examine entry strategies, understand the advantages and disadvantages of buying a business and evaluate the value of that business. Focuses on realizing business strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Implements the planning process through feasibility and business plans.
