BIO-420 Molecular Biology Techniques II (4)

Introduces modern molecular techniques utilizing biomolecules, emphasizing proteins. Explores basic techniques in protein expression, protein purification, and protein analysis including Western blot analysis. Includes complex techniques relating to biomolecule separation. These methods include a variety of chromatographic methods including: paper, thin layer, gel permeation, gas and high performance liquid chromatography.
