Career Options? What is that? It's all there in two words.

Career - with one or two years, you have access and a good start. Accessible, real jobs with growth potential in Iowa. From early childhood specialists to paralegals and police officers, our graduates are contributing to the quality of life in Iowa.

Options - you bet! Your avenues of employment widen, then you can choose to pursue more education or build career skills in the work world. Choose what works best for you.


Career Option programs can be started any semester, and average two years in length. Many programs use internships to help build valuable work skills. After graduation, you will have an Associate of Arts degree or an Associate of Sciences/Career Options degree.
